about

I’ve always dreamt of doing a song for the Holidays. Choosing “The Christmas Song” was easy. It’s been my favorite forever.

Although many have covered it in the past and many more will in the future, I wanted to put my spin on it. I wanted to do it uptempo Big Band style. I conveyed the idea to my wonderful manager Eddie Palmieri II. He had the wisdom to pair me with Louis Fouché an incredible Saxophonist and arranger. Louis also plays on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in the house band, Jon Batiste & Stay Human. I’m so grateful he made time for me.

We instantly clicked!

The song sounds more amazing than I could’ve dreamed. I’m hoping everyone enjoys it as much as we do. Someday I’d like to do a full Holiday album. But right now Eddie, Louis and myself are focused on my first EP.

I’m so excited about the way its shaping up. I can’t wait to share it!
